I'm currently following stronglift's advanced routine, which is a slight modification of Madcow's 5x5. This has me squatting 3x week, deadlifting once a week.
I'm wondering how anyone else following this type of full-body workout routine does cardio?
I suppose this is also a question at those following WBB's HCT as well, since that too is a full body workout.
I used to do P90X, and loved the CV training I got from doing the plyometrics program (wow, what a workout).
The problem now is that my legs take such a beating from the 3x week squatting that I can't handle the P90X plyometrics anymore, which is also very muscularly taxing on the legs (it involves a lot of squatting and jumping).
What do those of you who do a full-body routine do for cardio?
