Check out Jay's daily diet, here it is
Meal 1: egg whites, cream of rice, black coffee, banana
Meal 2: 10 oz of Eat to Grow chicken, 4 oz pasta with red sauce
Meal 3: 10oz of Eat to Grow filet, 10 oz of sweet potato
Meal 4: 10oz of Eat to Grow chicken, 2 cups basmati rice, with some "Guys award winnning" bbq sauce (sugar free, gluten free!!)
Train chest.....Muscletech Nanovapor prior to training
Meal 5:Post training: MesoTech Complete shake
Meal 6: egg whites
How the hell does Jay maintain his size with this diet? I just dont understand it... Sure, genetics play a huge role in all of this, but genetics will only go so far.
I keep seeing more and more top guys and what they're eating, and its never anything out of the ordinary. I remember watching a video of Dennis Wolf and he was eating literally EXACTLY what I was eating during my prep with just a little more added rice per meal.
