    football/rugby programs

    Hey guys, I found an interesting powerlifting/conditioning workout here to use with some of the guys at local rugby team over the offseason.

    Out of interest do any of you know of/have any good tried/tested routines for some rugby lads trying to bulk up over the off season while staying conditioned/improving speed etc.

    I'm not a rugby player, but I would guess that any good basic routine mixed with some conditioning would do the trick. A lot of guys here do Wendler's 5/3/1 routine or a Westside type routine and then get a couple of conditioning days each week.
