Just sharing an article I enjoyed...
Been a little down the past couple of days because I am on the 5th week of my diet, and I still look fat but I look extremely small in my clothes (compared to before). My artificial size (fat) has gone away but I am still not lean enough for the muscles to pop.
This article made me feel a lot better from the "Illusion of big" part all the way to the end with the comparison of the fat/lean pics. Actually, the author says he aborted diets because at week 4-5 he looked too small...so it was refreshing to find an article detailing exactly the same feelings I am having.
