Another good bulking article: "Controlled-Carb Bulking" by Shelby Starnes

This goes along great with his ebook on bulking and carb cycling.

I have been having good success so far dieting down with carb cycling. It really keeps you motivated having energy in the gym while shedding fat. I will use this method again when I lean bulk.

I have read some stuff on carb back loading for fat loss, interesting he mentions it as a bulking strategy.
Success is achieved by doing a little more than you thought you could, and a lot more than anyone else.
