    Fun Conditioning videos

    Decided to do some fun conditioning stuff. We did a strongman type medley and some heavy farmers walks.

    This stuff is fun and refreshing if you are sued to standard cardi work.

    Cool I'll make some of my clients do that tonight I'll blame you when they complain lol. I've actually done the prowler/sled combo but no the medley.

    Yeah, I love doing stuff like that. Unfortunately i can't touch my implements. They are behind my shed and there is a bunny that has taken up residence back there. Bunnies remind me of my brother--it's a long story. So I don't want to drive him out. However, I think he just recently started camping out at the my neighbors buffet, I mean garden.
