This was her comeback meet to the USAPL. She cut weight for this meet, and it sapped a lot of her strength. Didn't have any pop on the squat and pull. After having some of the power food that is the golden arches of McDonalds, and with a sodium bloat going, she winded up pulling a HUGE 45lb Deadlift PR. Give her a few years, and I could see her competing w/ the other top raw female lifters out there. Now that she has a good crew to train with, that will make a big difference for her as well. I got her into the sport years ago, and to see her go from a 95lb rack pull at knee height....to pulling a 350lb deadlift from the floor....is just awesome.
This was done raw, at 132 btw. Lifts: 250 squat, 160 bench, 350 deadlift and a 760 total. She won her class, plus was Best Lifter of the meet as well.
