    I would put the bands more towards the bottom and more straight up and down. That way it won't throw you forward.

    I'll try mate! Dunno if the forties (kg's) will hold it at the top as my DBs have moved sometime even at top of a bench lockout, any good ideas how to fix the bands down?

    Bench Press
    Bar * lots - two sets
    40kg (88lbs) * 6, * 6
    60kg (132lbs) * 2 - eight sets, felt fast an fluid.

    Weighted Dips
    BW +30kg (66lbs) * 10, * 10, * 8, * 7 - wow these are getting good...

    Military Press / Tricep Pushdowns superset
    40kg (88lbs) *8, * 8, * 8 / 48kg (105lbs) * 8, * 8, 42kg (92lbs) * 8

    Seated Row
    60kg (132lbs) * 12, * 12, * 10, * 10

    Good day overall. My dips are getting way better... Loving it!

    ME Squats Day - had to be relaitively quick but was focussed and ready for big work.

    Squats
    100kg (220lbs) * 5, * 5, * 5
    140kg (308lbs) * 3, * 3
    180kg (396lbs) * 1
    190kg (418lbs) * 1 - added belt
    200kg (440lbs) * 1 - belt & wraps
    220kg (485lbs) * 1 - I had felt good at 200 so thought bugger it I'll go for 5PPS!!! YEH HA!! Vid below...

    Pull Throughs
    66kg (145lbs) * 15, * 15, * 15

    Bicycle Crunches
    * 30, * 30, * 40 - feeling way stronger in abs from these. Will go weighted also next Lower Sesh

    Again leaning forward too much so may move to SSB squats for work once back in NZ as my mate is back from USA who has one!
