    Notes/Thoughts:*

    - Squats felt ok. First time back using belt. Strong but not as easy as I had hoped, I think it looked a lot better than they felt - which does give me confidence. Will just step the game up mentally next week and also increase rests. Probably was only resting 2mim between squat sets today. Felt like cardio lol

    - Bench was pretty smooth, can't complain. Rows also pretty smooth an easy, techniques improving there.

    - Accessory is accessory, not trying to push it too hard. Keeping up the high rep rows as a fellow PLer nicknamed the Beast advised.

Question about your TKs...did you have any problems ordering them? Tommy Kono's site looks jank as shit. I'm torn in between TKs or Rehbands.

I used bodybuilding.com to order mine. They always have reasonable shipping etc. if your planning on competing get rehbands, I have ordered some Titans as it looks like for IPf classic meets you can only have certain approved brands (titans, rehbands etc as per there latest rule release)

    100kg (220lbs) * 2 - 2 sets
    140kg (308lbs) * 2

    180kg (396lbs) * 1 - B from here
    Work Sets

    Deadlifts - Pause at Knee
    140kg (308lbs) * 5 - 3 sets

    16kg's (35lbs) * 10, * 10, * 12

    DB Rows
    26kg's (54lbs) * 30

    Notes/Thoughts:

    - Squats felt great. Fast, deep, easy reps. Legs were a tad sore coming into it but didnt notice them at all during the session.

    - Military Press was good, pretty simple to get done during Deadlift warm ups. Be nice when it gets a bit heavier.

    - Deadlifts were a lot better than I expected. Felt really good - speed an form wise. The ones pausing at the knee then exploding to lockout were great for activating the glutes an hammies. Will keep these in the regime.

Well pleased with the day. Confidence booster for sure.

If you like the deadlifts with the pause at the knee, you should try Dimel deads. Here is a video if your not sure what they are:
