    Last heavy raw workout before meet.........

    Vincent got me hooked on Rev bands. LOL! Actually planned on using the reverse band just to get a light workout and save the shoulders some. But as the workout progressed I got roped into moving some heavier weight by my training partners. I will train alone next tuesday so I force myself to train light and not give in to peer pressure.
