    Eric Lilliebridge- Training for UPA meet on July 16th.

    Here's a few videos of my squat, bench and deadlift training over the past couple weeks. 5 weeks out from the meet. Deadlift video was from todays workout.

    SHIT man , why u playin 'round with that light ass 775DL, u had a solid 800 for sure!

    haha well i was just following what i had planned for my cycle. my first deadlift workout i went up to 725, 2nd workout i went up to 750, now this past workout went up to 775, and then in 2 weeks i'm going up to 800 and that will end my training for pulls before my competition. aiming for over 800 in the meet for a meet PR for sure.

    Best raw meet lifts
    Squat:765 with wraps. / 700 raw with out wraps
    Bench: 525
    Deadlift: 755
    Total: Raw with wraps: 2000. with out wraps: 1925

    Best lifts Equipped
    1050, 840, 715. Total: 2605
