    Eric Lilliebridge- 785 x 3 raw squat w/ wraps, PR

    Squats from today. 4 weeks out from competition, last workout with reps. Final workout in 2 weeks will be planned opener & 2nd attempt and will end my training for the meet on squats.

    Thanks! I'm going to take 367.5kg - 810lbs on my 2nd attempt for a meet PR, and judging on how that feels will determine what i try on my last.... but i've been training very hard and shooting for 385kg on my 3rd attempt at the meet, which is 848lbs.

    You are right there.... I feel confident you have 385kg and a bit more in you!
