I thought I would show you guys some more progress. Last month I posted a video of me squatting 200x10, this month I worked up to my heaviest set which was 300x10. I added in some leg presses with 4 plates per side, which is also my heaviest and was fairly easy. Then some step-ups on a 13" box...also my heaviest. So this training session so far is my strongest one since the surgery.
