    bumped knee

So I bumped my knee kinda hard today on a tailgate and when I squat down it hurts. Its not really anything bad but I have always wondered should I just squat through the pain or no? Its not like I tore anything, just cut a little and bruised.

If you are concerned about any medical condition or potential condition then you should speak with a Doctor.

Depending on the severity of your bump/scrape it may or may not make sense to train, but typically things like this heal pretty quickly so if there is doubt you may just want to wait a couple of days.
