    Repeating phase 4 again, and then attempting to go to phase 5.

    If phase 5 fails, have to figure out what the appropriate deload is.

    Now that I'm not squatting as low, the squat seems very easy, like I could do about 100 more lbs if I wanted to. Not gonna push it though, because of recent pinched nerve.

    Have established 150x1 as my obvious 1RM at the moment for bench, which was a goal.

    Wonder if anyone is even reading my journal anymore?
