    Where are you at as far as personal goals? Is it size, strength, overall health?

    Right now, due to circumstances, its more focused on overall health. But moderate gains in size and strength would be nice also.

    Let's try adding like 5 pounds to your lifts a week. I feel you should be able to manage heavier squats too. Do you happen to have the ability to record your major lifts (bench, squat, deadlift) at all? You've been at this weight (I feel) for a long while. You should be able to break through here. With your current loads (in respect to major lifts), how hard is it for you to complete these exercises?
