    Thanks guys...most of my lifts are normally pretty fast. Then I add 10lbs and dont get it haha. Plans to hit a raw and try my hand at multiply in the next year.

    who wrapped your wrists on your 3rd bench attempt? i bet that threw you off and played a role in the 3rd attempt

    It was my fault, I didnt have enough of the velco connected. 700 was actually a 4th attempt, I did 615 as an opener. The guy taking the video missed half the lift, so I figured I wouldnt post it. I may have got 700 if I went to it on the 3rd.

    Being a strong teenager means nothing.

    My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

    Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.
