The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    weight - 173.6 lb,lbs

What I am Aiming for (trying to get as close to this as soon as possible)

I would pick a well rounded routine, Starting Strength or HCT-12 is a good start. Practice and perfect the squat, bench, deadlift, and overhead press. Be ready to dedicate years of your life to this goal.

First of all you will never look exactly like this... what you see in the pictures is Photoshop + they train from a very early age (swim) but you can get to this mass!

The two pictures don't even look exactly the same, but he can get to a VERY similar physique with lots of hard work. It's nonsense to dismiss someone by saying "oh what you're trying to attain is photo-shopped and they've been training for a while". If he works hard it's entirely possible.

I know you can do it man, just get on a serious mass gaining routine(5x5), gain 60-70 lbs. Cut all the fat and you'll be a monster. Train big, eat big, sleep big, get big. Good luck man.
    Starting weight:177
    Weight:223
    Height:6'1"
    Starting bench:135x3
    Bench:225x9/270x2
    Starting squat:185x3
    Squat:405x1
    Starting deadlift:250x1
    Deadlift:405x1
1 year and 6 months of hardwork, bitchezzz

To achieve the pelvic V, that really comes down to diet, abdomen, oblique, and hip exercises. Trim the fat and you can get it.

As someone that has trained under the HCT-12 program, I highly recommend it. You can achieve great things if you stick to the diet and workout regiment.

As a firm believer of this, in order to change your life, you need to change your lifestyle. Make the appropriate changes and you will see results.
