I am getting pretty frustrated at the moment....
Heres my situation.. After Christmas my training and diet slacked off and I lost interest..
However in the last 6 weeks my training has been spot on and the last 2 weeks my diet has been spot on..
My diet is VERY clean 6 day per week and literally is limited to the best sources of food..
Over the last 2 weeks I feel I have put on some bodyfat and actually feel I look worse However I am only eating 3200 - 3500 cal's which is not a lot at all really...
How can I not be gaining or showing good muscle but putting on fat ?
I AM getting alot stronger each session but this doesn't at the moment seem to be equating into muscle, or maybe it is but my bf levels are too high to notice.. (17% ish), or maybe I have to be patient and give the strength gains time to equate intpo some serious muscle.
I know my diet has only been good for 2 weeks..
I have not weighed myself in a while but I know I started to lose some weight when I slacked and I think I am pretty much back to normal now (185-190)
I will weigh myself tonight and every week for 4 weeks to evaluate my gains..
Any ideas or recommendations..
