    Powerlifting/Strongman + Being lean......

Does anyone have opinions on this? I lift heavy, with good complex routines to support body fat loss as well as strength and muscular endurance. I was just curious as to what others eat while trying to drop body fat and train this way.......

Any smart diet would work. Paleo and carb-cycling seem to be two of the more popular ones that I've seen. We have a LW that's dropped from 200lb to 175lb and I think he just eats clean and busts his ass when training.

Right on.....That's what I do now. Just want to get as lean as possible while staying as strong as possible. I am 227 now, not really looking at a goal weight. Just looking to lose inches off the gut.

Very few shows have classes of 200 and below. In most you'll see LW as anything under 231lb, so you're good there.
