    Bench assistance

    Bench Press
    135 x 5
    225 x 3
    265 x 5
    265 x 5
    265 x 5

    280 x 4 PR

    Incline Dumbells
    55's x 15
    75's x 10
    95's x 12 .. 4 rep PR

    DB extentions
    35 x 10
    40 x 10
    40 x 10

    Chest supported DB rows
    100's x 8
    100's x 8
    100's x 8

    Pushdowns/facepulls/curls big superset
3 runs @ 15 reps each movement per set

left wrist wrap shot off as i took the bar out on my first rep with the 280... not ideal, still a rep/volume PR, felt pretty strong and in a real groove tonight with bench, especially as the sets went on, gotta keep pushing onwards!

Really nice work the last few sessions. Strong pin pressing. I always hated these because I never get in a good starting position. The bar always slides forward or backwards on the pins. But they are a great power builder. Very nice PRs on the bench too, congrats.

    Lower assistance

    Box squat - parralel box
    bar x 2
    135 x 5
    225 x 2
    ----
    235 x 2 x 12

    (45 seconds rest.. basically DE work, 12 sets of 2 @ 50%)

    Wide stance good mornings
    135 x 8
    155 x 8
    175 x 8

Stiff leg deads - 1.5 reps
    2 sets of 10 @ 135

    hanging leg raises
    2 sets of 10

    Decline sit ups
    2 sets of 10

    shrugs
    3 sets of 10

the stiff legs were brutal even with only 135, did them off a platform. 1 whole rep was counted as from the floor to lockout then back down just past the knee's and back up to lockout...

Stiff legs are no joke. Especially when you do them on a platform and get the full stretch.
