    thanks fella's!

thankyou all for the support, i usually reply individually but im fighting off a horrible chest infection, i say fighting off, today was a losing battle haha...

I turn 21 tommorow too, how awful is that! suffering on my birthday, tonight i went and did just the minimum

    ..

    Box squat - Parralel box
    135 x 5 x 3
    225 x 3
    ---
    265 x 2 x 8

easy as that, finished up the 3 week wave ready to add 5/10lbs to the max and go again, the plan is to fire my squat up with volume like i have been bench

Thankyou very much for the birthday wishes fella's, another short update, still struggling, tonight didnt seem as bad just really cold...

MAX EFFORT BENCH - really haha?

Close grip 1 board - paused and thumbs from smooth grip
    135 x 10 x 2
    175 x 3
    225 x 3
    255 x 3
    265 x 3
    290 x 3
    315 x 1
    325 x 1

    Side laterals
    3 sets of 8

    Pushdowns
    3 sets of 15

    Facepulls
    3 sets of 15

really like these, range of motion is totally different and they feel like a great strength builder, just actually pleasing knowing i'll be fresh and ready (just generally not dragging ass and ill) again next friday so i should smash that last heavy triple to bits and maybe do some more singles or go heavier

    HATE BEING SICK

Great training when feeling under the weather! Just catching up in here, been a bit busy.

Didn't realize you're so young. Happy birthday! You're four years younger than me and a hell of a lot stronger!

    D/E SQUAT, M/E BENCH

    D/E SQUAT---

    box squat= parralel box
    135 x 5
    225 x 5
    245 x 2 x 8

    SSB Front Squats
    145 x 8
    145 x 8
    145 x 8

    Seated Good Mornings
    145 x 15
    185 x 15
    185 x 15

    Decline sit ups

    4 weighted sets of 6

    -----------------------

    M/E Bench (tonight)

Close grip 1`board - (thumbs from smooth)
    bar x few x few
    135 x 5 x 2
    225 x 3
    265 x 3
295 x 3 (beat last weeks heavy triple)
    320 x 1
    320 x 1
    325 x 1

bit more volume on those heavier sets this week too(320 twice plus 325 repeat) to PR/build strength

    3 Board press
    265 x 10
    265 x 10
    265 x 10

Wide grip pull up/ seated low row

    5- 10
    3- 10
    3- 10

    Pushdowns/facepulls
3 sets of 15 of each

really like the range of motion with those close grip 1 boards, think ive found a staple ME move, turns out ive lost about 12lbs from previous weeks illness, not ideal but strength doesnt seem affected... as long as that stays the same i cant complain

as long as my strength isnt effected it could be a blessing, i have a meet in 5 weeks and need to make weight but id rather be over and just eat and drink a little less the day before an wake up just under, rather than way under from simply being lighter..

will try and put a bit more back on just for squat/bench sake, weight moves weight afterall and nobody ever complained about bigger biceps did they haha?
