    SQUAT- week 5

    very extensive warm up today!

    Squat
    135 x 5 x 2
    225 x 3
    315 x 1
    405 x 3
    440 x 3

    2 minutes rest
    315 x 3
    315 x 3
    315 x 3
    315 x 3
    315 x 3
    315 x 3

    Pause squats
    355 x 3
    355 x 3

Decline sit ups - 3 sets of 12 @ BW
    Hamstring curls- 3 sets of 15 @ 60lbs
    Lat Pulldowns- 4 sets of 10 @ 130lbs
Band resisted Leg raises - 4 sets of 9
    Pull ups - 2 sets of 5

form went to absolute shit on the 440, most weight I have had on my back since the meet, I hit the rack from the walkout which straight away signalled to me, youve got the bar in the wrong place you idiot! carried on for two good reps though despite shaking like hell and the third was horrificly ugly, elbows shot under as i was just tired, but considering the physical work Ive done past two days, long hours combined with hard work i will take it! im more concerned its a form/concentration issue rather than strength so its great in that respect, can be rectified a hell of a lot easier, and if i can keep my bad form for 40+ seconds for a triple(just LOL) when it comes to singles and im a little more switched on... its ON!

JLS, wondering how you come up with the reps you do on the different days? You look to have a shit ton of strength as far as doing work goes but there's not alot of work at the upper percentages. 1-3 reps for a single set. Is there a reason for that?
