    Pressing

    Strict OHP
    bar x 20 x few
    95 x 10
    135 x 10
    135 x 10
    135 x 10
    135 x 10

    Close grip incline (thumbs from smooth)
    225 x 5
    225 x 5
    225 x 5
    225 x 5
    225 x 5

    Skullcrushers
    4 sets of 10

    Pushdowns
    5 sets of 20

    curls superset with DB shrugs
    3x15 / 3x25

    Band pull aparts superset with Upwright rows
    3 x 20/ 3 x 12

    presses are a starting point, they were all very easy, I will drop the reps and increase the weight over coming weeks. Nothing earth shattering, obviously the log press is my main priority now.
