lot of pressing on just my gym pressing day so I sacked off the tri work and did some bicep insurance and upper back work to keep everything in balance. Tempted to play around with some axle clean and presses the weekend after my log work. Deadlift thursday, hoping to work upto 500lbs for reps. Hoping being the key word here.
