Hello! I'm new to the forums and I haven't lifted in a few years.
I am about 22 years old and around 160lbs. When I was lifting I weighed closer to 190.
My goals are to gain a good deal of strength. If I get bigger in the process, that's a bonus. I tend to gain weight pretty quickly through diet. I will set more concrete empirical goals once I get my apartment-gym set up.
I'll post some "before" pictures as soon as I can
I've read 100s of articles on proper eating, so I am pretty "in tune" with that aspect. Otherwise, any advice for someone who is starting over?
