Hello! I'm new to the forums and I haven't lifted in a few years.
I am about 22 years old and around 160lbs. When I was lifting I weighed closer to 190.
My goals are to gain a good deal of strength. If I get bigger in the process, that's a bonus. I tend to gain weight pretty quickly through diet. I will set more concrete empirical goals once I get my apartment-gym set up.
I'll post some "before" pictures as soon as I can
I've read 100s of articles on proper eating, so I am pretty "in tune" with that aspect. Otherwise, any advice for someone who is starting over?
My words of wisdom are....."Be Strong" yea, that's it

squats lots of them. Deadlifts lots as well. Eat like a baby, sleep like a horse...no wait....vice versa.
Talk not about unnatural events, unusual feats of strength, or politics. Don't eat beans or potatoes and onions. Be good to your mother. Don't spend too much time online or in the gym. Trust in God, but tie your camel!
hmmm good idea vince....*looks for camel twine*
