    That was one explosive tire flip. GETTIN HUGE !

    Bench:255 (9/30/13)

    Total: 1245 lbs.

    Thank you, the tire had very good grip which made it easier to one-motion. I have also flipped a similar tire one-motioning it without using my knee:
