    675 fairly quick off 7.5" blocks



    Just a set on the way up to 745......feet were too wide but still went up easy
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    Yep got 745 on second attempt, pretty ugly but a PR.

    I meant the 675 went up easy, 745 was way harder lol.

    Nup no lock-out problems.........block pulls have added 140lb to my comp stye pull in a short time.
