Anybody else experienced this?
Was struggling with 315 for 1rep normal squat.
Did solely Box Squats for 2 weeks ( 3x a week ) , not only did my Box Squat numbers fly up ridiculously fast, but my normal squat went up significantly higher (I'm talking 40+ pounds!)
After doing some research, I found out Box Squats, because of the way you have to pull out the "hole" from a complete stop help your
It is not necessarily even your muscle strength going up ( even though it does ), but more your Central Nervous System learning to utilize the muscles better [ Mind + Body correlation ] from this position.
Please share some stories so I can see how others have benefited from this!! I am addicted to doing these now
