Bummer I didn't take photos when I started out 5 weeks ago, but here is just me posin around like a noob.

I need to work on my lats more, as well as my posterior deltoid. Stomach can always use some work. Might consider a bulk period in the winter to up the quads.
Is this progress of a bulk or cut? You got great thickness
Well to clarify, I don't really think this is a bulk because I haven't been exceeding too much over maintenance...when winter rolls around, papa bear is gonna start the bulking process. However, I have been upping my caloric intake since I started this Hypertrophy program (see journal) and cutting things like sugar and bad fats...so I GUESS you could call this a cut.
But I view a cut as a weight cut as opposed to a fat cut...idk. My lack of documentation really shows here as I basically 1. Ate clean 2. Ate often 3. Consumed BW in g of protein 4. Moved heavy shit 5. repeat.
This was coming from a 5 month hiatus from working out, so this is 5 weeks in after not working out for 5 months. I really wish I had a camera to document then, but I was lookin soft.
