    Hello! I am a new member to these forums. How are we?

    I was a nationally competitive 255lb powerlifter, who has recently lost 20lbs and taken a break from lifting . Here are some of my previous personal records back when I weighed 255:

    Upper body is stronger than it has ever been, lower body still needs to gain back its strength. Currently at a 455 ATG squat, which is about 40lbs lower than it was at my previous beltless max.
