The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

I got a size 48/single ply/scoop neck/rage X, I was going to put on ebay. It is in really good shape and I couldn't get anything past a 2 brd to touch, gave up cause it didn't work with my setup. Thinking of asking $85 for it, not really wanting to trade.

I might be interested in the:
    5) Titan Centurion NGX Super Plus+ squat suit. Size 42 wide stance. single ply. I wore this suit approx 4 times. Never hit depth with it or ever used in meet. Please note the stress tear on the right seam. I have worn it like this 2 times for box squatting but I suggest getting it tailored up. I believe that tear was due to me wearing the suit after I gained 20lb (suit was purchased when I was 198lb class). $50

My question is I have no idea how it would fit. I'm 220-230lb but 6'4" and pretty skinny/lean. Any idea what measurements would work for this?

It'd be best to call a Titan vendor or Titan Support directly. Here's the chart I went off of when I bought it http://www.liftinglarge.com/sizingcharts.aspx

My body frame is endomorph and was tight on the thighs but my short ass could put the straps over my shoulders by myself.

I'd be interested in a trade with your 48 F6 for a size 54 APT Apex III 3 ply shirt I took on a trade. It's never had a rep done in it. APT's site says it's made for a 50 inch chest. If you're interested send me a PM.

    you have a PM

edit: quick question. When the chart says "glutes" where should you measure? Just above the crotch?

thanks for the trade offer mastermonster but that shirt would be too big for me. I have 45" chest.

PM responded. I measure mine by the largest part where my butt sticks out the most.

    Metal pro deadlift sold.

    1) Metel King IPF X-Type bencher. New/never worn. Size 58. $80

    2) Metal King Sumo Pro Deadlifter.SOLD!

    3) Titan F6. Size 48. SOLD

    4) Titan Katana (2ply) with grid stitch. A/S cut. Size 46. Was closed back but I cut it open. Worn about 5-6 times by me. Never touched any weights because it was a super bitch to do so. Lowest I got this shirt was 2-brd with 500lb. $40

    5) Titan Centurion NGX Super Plus+ squat suit. SOLD

    6) Titan deadliter (sumo cut). I ripped the tag off but if memory serves me right it is a size 40. single ply. I stitched the straps to suit my 5-7" height. You can tell from the pictures I had it stitched twice to achieve a perfect fit. $20

Will accept trade offers. I am 230lb and really looking for 2ply gangster'ed out Rage-X (sz 50), or singly ply is fine (sz.48), inzer phenom's (sz 54-58), metal squat or deadlift suit that will fit me.

If anyone here is 308-SHW class, I have a training partner who is retired and bench only guy. He has 30+ bench shirts, some even new still. Some of you may know him, his name is Art Ramsey from California. If there is interest, I will let him know and get pics/sizes.
I am looking for a Super Katana angle Sleeve size 52 or 54

2ply grid katana & titan sumo DL suit pending sale.

The X-type was given to me by a 275lb lifter with a mesomorph body frame. the sleeves are pretty huge. I have 16.5" arms (relaxed) and they slide right through.

edit: according to size chart, it seems the arms are a major consideration for mesomorph body types: http://www.elitefts.com/size-chart.htm

Looks like it would be too small. However any info on any of your friends shirts would be nice. Looking for a metal shirt (lemme know what he's got) I'm a 308 SHW
