Left hand is broke. I cant grip or apply pressure to my left hand or lower forearm.
Lower body ill be fine I can still squat and dead.
For upper body
machine flies with elbows on pads
Band chocked on forearm for tricep ext bicep curl lateral raise front raise and band pull-aparts
I'm not sure on how to train back. I have lifting hooks but they're too small for my arm so ill have to modify them. Any other ideas would be appreciated thanks.
