    Second session in my Jack bench shirt with video

    We pulled the collar a bit on each rep as the weight got heavier. I got more and more comfortable with each rep. I'm really enjoying working in this shirt. That is as much as you can enjoy punishing the crap out of yourself.

    That is pretty amazing, 2nd time in the shirt and you can smoke a big weight then take 165 lbs off and do reps to a 1 board. Also the 845 looked like it was by far the smoothest, easiest rep.

    Hold the weight at lock out a little longer before you start your decent. it will make your press that much more solid. Nice work!

    You may have finally found a shirt on par with your raw strength. Any meets soon?
    Best raw meet lifts
    Squat:765 with wraps. / 700 raw with out wraps
    Bench: 525
    Deadlift: 755
    Total: Raw with wraps: 2000. with out wraps: 1925

    Best lifts Equipped

    Thanks guys. Rob, I'll work on that. Scott, shooting for November 6th. After that I hope some more shirts come in and I'd love to break in a size smaller.
