The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

What is your favorite recovery shake?

Anyone have any recovery shake recipes they would like to share?

I'm just drinking Synth-6 or Muscle Milk right now for recovery, but that probably isn't the best nutrition possible..

    Thanks,
    EC

    hey, its better than nothing!
I normally take 2 scoops of whey if I plan on having a meal soon. If not, I'll go with ON pro complex gainer or Opticen.

Agreed Nitrean + or Opticean if it is a late workout and I am not going to eat again for the evening.

I just had to laugh at that reply...

People always ask questions about what they should take, but usually never list their goals or diet. If you trying to bulk, your PWO shake might be different than someone who is trying to cut. However, a good quality protein like Nitrean or Nitrean+ should be a staple.

A banana, skim milk, creatine, and low-carb yogurt (Carb-master from kroger). Maybe a scoop of protein if I don't have the yogurt.

Pretty much all you need. Seriously.

I guess I will share one of my favorite recipes:

    Raw Oats
    Peanut Butter
    Protein Powder
    Skim Milk

Thats a pretty good one... I will look into these other products... I've heard of Vitargo but you can't get it in the USA I don't think.

Monster Mass for sure! That stuff is tasty and has great contents. Seems to be working for me so far.
