    This was taken from the evening session at my gym. Training has been going very well the last few months. My next meet will be equipped but my equipped bench always does better when I push my raw bench up

    I don't have a meet until December so it's hard to say but right now I think I'm good for at least a PR. Time will tell I suppose lol. There is a lot that goes into that.
