    Eric Lilliebridge- Close grip bench workout

    Decided to do some close grips tonight since i've been training with my competition grip and with pauses for awhile now. Felt pretty good and strong tonight considering i haven't done heavy close grips in months. I'll probably try 500 in a week or two and see how that goes!

    Thanks guys!! My last set felt nice and smooth, definitely felt like i had more left in me. I think i can definitely do 500 close gripped, i'll try it in a week or two!
