    I personally like the cliche answer "DEADLIFT!" better, but that's just me.

    just eat more and train for hypertrophy is really the better answer, in a very abbreviated form at least.

    I'm fine with encouraging someone to do compounds. But it's just not the reason whether or not one gains weight, period.

    Hi.
    i am carlz from USA.well seeing your body state your body depand extra calories and high carb food rich in protein.you should consume about 700 to 800 calories to get big and exercise daily and properly to get max resutls.

    mass gainers are over priced. get protein powder. its cheap and easily digested. mix 2 scoops in with whole milk and thats an easy 550 calories. also drinking straight milk is an easy way to add calories. try and focus as much as you can on solid foods though. if you're not on a tight budget, go to walgreens and buy their knockoff ensure product in the diet aid section. 350 calories, 6 bottles = 6 bucks for 2000 calories.
