    bodyfat question

Hi everyone, now I know this is hard to predict accurately, but I just wanted a general estimate from you guys: If you're at around 30% bodyfat at a bodyweight of 255 lbs and a height of 5'11, what bodyweight will you be (general estimate) after cutting down to 12% bf? I was guessing somewhere in the 180s.

You're right very hard to predict. I think the 180s is a reasonable estimation though.
