Hey guys The gym is getting Far to expensive so I have to workout at home from now on. I have a Barbell, changeable dumbbells, Pullup bar/dip bar and squat rack. I have no idea what kind of split to use. I want to get Big i dont care about getting cut. I wrestle and I box so I get all my cardio from that. I was thinking about a Chest, back, bicep and a leg, shoulder, tricep split what do you guys think? I also have No idea what exercises to use. Thanks for the help guys.
