    New safety squat bar PR

    We used reverse red bands - we estimate they take about 100 lbs off at the bottom (based on how much they can suspend).

    I tried to change path and dropped the last couple of inches to the box which usually fucks me up, but I was able to make the lift.

    Briefs and a belt.
