Hi, I have been stuck at a 550 deadlift for almost two years. I pulled 550 in the gym raw w straps about 11/2009. My best meet deadlift with a suit is 551. I have a meet in about a month and hope to PR, but am not progressing at all near what I expected. Whereas my bench and squat have gone up a lot. I cant fix much by this meet but am looking for any ideas or programs people have had success with to impliment after this meet.
MY biggest problem technique wise is being too bent over at the start, making it difficult to lock out.
