Hello out there, I am new to this forum and just want to say how excited I am about having the chance to discuss weightlifting, as it is definitely my most focused passion. I am a heavy Kettlebell lifter( I weigh about 140 so I'm not heavy), my main focus is absolute strength. I am currently working on becoming familiar with my 88lb(40kg) 'bell for all 1 armed lifts. Over the next few weeks I hope to become familiar with this forum as well and look forward to reading what you all have to say and writing about what I feel is important. Thanks for having me.
