I been considering the idea of purchasing the Swiss bar and bring it with me to the gym at least 2 days per month. It seems this bar places greater emphasis on tricep training according to Dave's answer to the question in mind. However my tricep power isn't limited since I have DB/BB/body weight movements I do on a regular basis. Neither do I have any serious shoulder issues. Would it be ideal to still buy a Swiss bar to see what I can gain from it? It's quite a big investment @ $300. I want to hear first hand experience with this bar and see if its truly worth the investment.
