So I have been doing a lot of military presses lately to work my deltoids but I noticed my traps are getting large and it does not make me look good, infact I think they are too big(vertically) when you look at the rest of my body. I would like to train my deltoids but at this rate i am going to have to stop i think.
What can I do?

Okay, that was a jab at all the cool guys, not the OP. But seriously, you are worried about your traps getting too big. Sounds kind of funny, but it's your body. Things like bench press and bar dips will work your shoulders too. Try those and see if they give you less trap envolvement.
Yea some people say I have no neck, some like it some don't. I like it makes me feel big as shit even though I'm not to big.
