I have gone from 273 down to 245. I need ideas for working the lower to inside chest. Please and thank you

Looks like you have certainly slimmed down. What has your diet been like in that time period?
I went from eating crap only once a day, like nachos, burgers from that place . then I started eating 2 eggs and grits in the a.m. a monster size protein shake in the afternoon, and tuna and boiled eggs in the pm with a protein and cottage cheese shake before bed. also i always change up my weeks lift weights one week, cardio the next.
I think that is one of the most common misconceptions about weight training and bodybuilding. Muscle fibers work in unison wth one another. Just because you do one variant of a chest pushing exercise, doesn't mean the next will target a different part of your chest. You are still working out your chest. The only difference might be emphasis on other secondaries for (in your case push) a given exercise.
Keep pushing, mate...this kind of stuff will take time.
