    pic from this weekends bench training

    This is a big milestone for me. my overall pr is 565. this sunday I warmed up raw to 405 on a 4 board, got in the shirt and went
    475
    545
    575
    600
    The 575 felt amazing and moved better than 545, felt more like the 475. the 600 felt good, I more of a problem mentally than anything. I got it down and pressed it but i was shaky. but hey, 35lbs more than ive ever held. its ok.
    so anyway, here it is
