The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Can somebody help me find my gym playlist on my ipod nano? I dropped a DB on mine.

Like it says. I smashed my screen about a month ago but no big deal because it stills plays and it was still on my gym playlist. Well I navigated away from the playlist and now can't find it again. Once I click back to the main menu I need to know how what the order is to get to playlists since I can't see my screen.

And before a smartass comes in here and posts the "let me google that for you link" (which is inevitably going to happen anyways now that I've brought attention to it) yes I have googled it. Could I find the answer if I keep googling it? Yeah probably, but I've spent a half hour already and I just want to go train now and preferably with some decent music.

What kind of Ipod? If you have the same one as me, I'll type out how many clicks down it is to get to my playlists.

I got a regular four gig. But it might be the same.
From the main menu, go all the way up, its music, click, down 1 for playlists, down 5 for a playlist I created. I have only one made playlist and its the 5 clicks down, the ones on top of that were made by Ipod, such as 90's music, top rated, music videos, recently add, recently played.

    Hope this helps.
