    405+440lb (2 sets quaded minis) raw rack pull PR

    Did tons of sets leading up to this and this was a big PR.

    More work ahead.
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    Was the hardest movement Ive done in a while.....empty bar was hard lol.

    You do so much band work. Maybe you should test your 1rm with straight weight. Might be 700.

    I do way more than band pulls, check my log

    I tested only 4 or 5 weeks ago and got 640 but Im stronger now.
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220
