    Opticen over Nitrean

Why would you pick Nitrean over Opitcen? Opitcen is loaded with goodness it looks like.

Opticen is more of a meal replacement.

I would use both. I like to use OPticean about an hr before my workout and Nitrean right after. I also use opticean in the am when I wake up and right before bed. Those are both great products and you should use both.

Opticen is the better PWO shake. You NEED protein and carbs if you want to optimize your body's PWO response. For those on a low carb diet or seeking to lose body fat Nitrean or Nitrean+ might be the better PWO choice.
